To better serve our customers, we accept a variety of payment methods to best suit your needs. We currently accept cash, check, charge, Venmo, Zelle, ApplePay, CashApp, and PayPal for in-person purchases at our store. Due to the significant amount of online fraud we've experienced, we currently accept ApplePay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Facebook Pay, and Shop Pay.
Shipping
All shear orders will be shipped free of charge. All other orders (where no shears are purchased), will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail at the buyer's expense.
Standard shipping is provided by USPS Priority mail, and orders usually take 3-5 business days to arrive. If expedited shipping is desired, please contact us to arrange. All expedited shipping costs will be borne by the buyer, whether or not the purchase includes shears.
We do not currently support international purchases or shipments.
Sales Taxes
Orders from Illinois are subject to a 9.0% sales tax. Buyers from outside of Illinois will not be charged sales tax.
Returns Policy
Items may be returned for refund or credit only if returned within 15 days of receipt, with original packaging in undamaged and saleable condition.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Upon receipt of the return, Edgewise will confirm that the item(s) are in saleable condition and in the original packaging. If items are not saleable, and/or not sent in the original packaging, items will be returned and no credit will be issued.
